It's funny when God speaks to His children. For me, it's either in the shower, go for a run/walk, or work out that He answers a burning question, gives me a revelation, or encourages my soul.

And now I am here to share some of these nuggets with you.

…so watch what you say or think of yourself.

Telling yourself that your are strong, capable, successful, intelligent, beautiful, etc., are not wrong things to say to and/or believe of yourself - I believe you should affirm yourself.

…your body, your actions, your words will follow what you think & feel of yourself, projecting those thought unto others.

I am 50 in Sept!  I tell myself that I am strong, that my body is healthy & functions like its in its 20s;  in the mirror:  I tell myself that I am confident & encouraging, at peace, and will succeed in my tasks for the day…

Just as “you are what you eat,” I believe, you are what you think.  Think well of yourself;  you really are unapologetically amazing!

#Kalechips 

•Lg-leafed #kale (~4 bunches)
•garlic-infused #oliveoil (@traderjoeshasit), ~ 1/4 c.
•#seasalt
•#garlicpowder
• #tumeric powder
•@mrsdash #fiestalime seasoning 
•plastic bag with tight seal

PREHEAT oven to 250°;

Carefully rinse & de-spine each #kale leaf with a sharp knife, or simply rip off by hand (due to dehydration, large pcs best);

Place as many leaves as will fit in plastic bag, pour in oil, seal bag, letting out as much air as possible. 

Carefully massage oil onto leaves through bag.  

Pour onto parchment paper- or aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet in single layer;

Have fun with your #seasonings.  I like my suggested seasonings, as I prefer savory chips.

Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring leaves midway.

Best eaten right out of oven!

So, today my 3rd child turned 18…Chandler, my 2nd daughter,…lunch (grass-fed bison reduced to a burger with sweet potatoes fries, & lemonade…yes, my Cheat Meal!) at the very nice #wholesomegrub!  …adult #3!

Saturday night #dinner with #family… 

#Salmon on a bed of #greens (#coconutoil -sauteed #kaleoneverything, spring greens, and #broccolini).  Ever ate broccolini…?

YES!  it was VERY GOOD!  

I’m not much of a #cook;  I cook to survive!  To make each #meal as nutrient-dense, savory, & colorful, as possible…my PRICELESS Goals!  

Thanks, @traderjoeshasit (#kale),  @central_market #plano (broccolini), & @omahasteaks (seasoned salmon fillets)!  Like a symphony, these parts all made great tasting “music” in our mouths!
